Gift Voucher

If you don't know what to give or want to leave the choice up to the recipient, we offer gift vouchers in the amount of your choice. The gift voucher can be used for products in our shop or for kokedama workshops.

After completing your purchase, you will receive the gift voucher by email in pdf format, which will include the value and a code that can be used as a discount in our online shop or in person at our physical shop.

If you would like to receive a gift voucher for a value other than those listed or for something more specific, such as training or a special product, please contact us.

Learn more about how to use your gift voucher:

- On your voucher, you will find a code that you can use to apply your voucher discount to any purchase in our online store and in our physical store;

- Your gift voucher is also valid for purchases in our physical store. Simply show the voucher and the code so that we can apply the discount;

- Your voucher has an expiry date, which will be indicated on the voucher itself;

- Products purchased with the gift voucher are subject to the same exchange, return and cancellation policy as other products purchased in the online and physical store;

- The gift voucher is not convertible into cash;

- We are unable to issue cash refunds if the order value is less than the value of the voucher, but we can issue a new voucher for the remaining value;
