How can I order?
You can buy directly from our online store.
If you cannot find the desired species or item, fill out the form and indicate the item you wish to order, its respective size and date to receive it.

What is the delivery time?
From the moment you place your order, the delivery or shipping time varies between 3-5 business days.
Please note that delivery times during festive periods and holidays may exceed 5 business days. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible during these periods.
Do you deliver nationwide?
We deliver Kokedamas to the Porto metropolitan area. We sell and ship your orders nationwide and to Spain (Iberian Peninsula).
What are the shipping or delivery costs?
The price of Kokedamas does not include shipping costs to Portugal and Spain.
In the Porto metropolitan area there is a fixed cost of €4.
For orders up to 2 kg, the cost to Portugal is €7.50, including a mandatory shipping box. For orders weighing more than this, the price can be consulted in the shipping agent's table.
Delivery by the forwarder after order dispatch 24 to 48 hours.
For orders up to 2 kg, the cost to Spain is €8.50 and includes a mandatory shipping box. For orders weighing more than this, the price can be consulted in the customs agent's price list.

Can I pick up the items elsewhere to avoid delivery charges?
Of course! We are happy to deliver to our Atelier address at Rua Cunha Júnior 30 - Porto, always with a pre-arranged date and time.
Packaging?
FIOS plants are properly packaged for shipping. The packaging is cardboard, and the plant is securely packed in the box to prevent it from tipping over and becoming damaged during transit.
We ensure that your plant is properly packaged and stored, however, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transportation.
How to make payment?
You can make payment via bank transfer or MB WAY or other options available on the website.
Can I cancel the order or exchange a plant?
Please ask all questions before ordering and before the product is shipped. If there are any issues after receiving your order, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. Your order may be canceled before payment is made.
Can I return a Kokedama?
Yes. If, for any reason, the plant does not meet our quality criteria, you have 48 hours after delivery to contact us to return it. After this period, we cannot accept the return or issue any refund.
I want a Kokedama but I don't know which one. Can you help?
